Scholarship Information

Eligibility

1. Must be a graduating senior from an area high school within or near the Central   

    Texas cities of Killeen, Fort Hood, Harker Heights, or Copperas Cove.

2.. Must meet the requirements outlined in the scholarship description.

3. Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.

4. Must submit all required documents with a competed scholarship application.

The Foundation provides financial assistance to assists graduating high school seniors with furthering their educational pursuits.

 

Scholarships are open to all who meet the academic, financial need, and scholarship description requirements.

 

Scholarships are awarded on an annual basis and paid directly to the college or university,

The Mu Delta Zeta Chapter General Scholarship award is presented to a female high school graduating senior who exhibits high academic standards, service within her community, and dedication to her future scholarly endeavors.

PI Educational, Counseling, & Enrichment Services

The Margaret Jones Edmonson Scholarship award is in honor of one of the Mother-in-Love of Dr. Lendy Jones, 5 Pearlz of Hope Foundation Board Member.

 

The purpose of this award is to recognize the efforts of African American students who exhibits high academic standards and dedication to their future scholarly endeavors.

The award is to be presented to a young African American male or female who has a 3.0 GPA or higher and demonstrate an interest in pursuing a degree in nursing or education.

 

Students enrolled in medical related courses or who have received the Public Service Endorsement are encouraged to apply.
